Shipping

We offer free shipping within Australia when you order 3kg or more and a mates rates flat rate of $10 for anything under.

If you don’t live in the AU, don’t worry. We want to make sure you can brew Coast Coffee too! We offer shipping to our neighbours in New Zealand for a flat rate of $15. For everywhere else in the world, we offer shipping for a flat rate of $20.

Definitely! As soon as we put your package in the mail, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It usually isn’t active right away, so hold your horses while the system updates the information. Once it goes live you’ll be able to watch your package make its way to you!

Trust us, we are just as excited for you to receive your products! Most items will ship out within 2 business day of ordering. However some orders may take a little longer if your ordering something special, our roasting schedule is generally Mon-Wed so if something is not on hand at the time of your order it might be put into the following weeks schedule so please allow for the possibility of this. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Domestic orders should arrive within a week of the date of the order. International shipments should arrive within two weeks. Need it faster? Shoot us an email at info@coastcoffee.com.au and we can see what we can do to accommodate your needs with expedited shipping.

We use a combination of AusPOST and Fastway for all of our domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments.

For domestic tracking you should be able to see it every step of the way.

For international, the tracking tends to be a little bit more “general” when it leaves Australia, but you should be able to see when it enters your country and when it is delivered.

When products from Australia enter different countries around the world the buyer can be charged a GTS or Duty Fee before the package can be collected. These import duty fees vary by country. Please be advised that you could be charged extra fees by your customs dept, and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for these fees.

We try to be pretty speedy with our shipping, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. First, check the tracking number you received via email. For domestic orders, the information should be pretty specific. For international orders, once the package leaves Australia it usually has a period of very general information like it entered X Country. Was the address correct? Is a storm brewing around the country? Did the post office leave a notice? Regardless of the reason, feel free to shoot us an email and we will try our very best to help you figure out what is going on!

Hey mistakes happen and we are happy to help where we can when it happens. Returns are only accepted with prior communication and approval with our team, where a return authority number will be issued and must be within 30 days of invoice. A 15% restocking fee or extra shipping costs may apply for mistakes made on your behalf depending on product, and the item must be unused and the packaging in new condition.

If the mistake was on our end we will do our best to right the wrong in a timely fashion and see that you’re smiling again soon.

Just send us an email at info@coastcoffee.com.au so we can be on the look out for your package. Feel free to use the same packaging we sent it to you in originally.

We know you know it…but just a reminder, everything must still have the tags on and packaging maintained where applicable , and be in an unused condition.

Dependant on the product you have purchased from us. If it is for a piece of equipment like an aeropress, then you can reuse the packaging it was sent in or find similar at the local post.
